I am a former Certified Consumer Credit Counselor and I think your site has covered an array of topics. It is very detailed. I especially appreciate the bold words on every page.

I think its important to refer to the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) as many agencies do not follow, much less know what it is. The Credit Card Collection page is very informative.

Again the bold words are easy to read & easily catches the eye. Good questions & answers on the Debt Collection FAQs. Overall collection agencies have a bad reputation & perhaps its the way they choose to practice their collection activities.

Further training for staff would improve the method of collecting. It may be impossible for agencies to be less competitive in their collecting. For example, getting debts paid in full is the common goal however staff members have quotas to meet hindering the performance of the collectors.

As a former Counselor, I personally thank you for covering Debt Collection scams. People as well as businesses need to know the legitimate way to collect/pay their debts. Overall the website is very informative & an easy read for the typical consumer.
