Collection Agency Notice
I have had many good and bad experiences with collection agencies. My most common complaint is that a lot of the time collection agencies and the people who represent them become desensitized to people struggling with debt and show them no mercy in their greatest time of weakness.
I understand that business is business, but it is important for collection agencies and their employees to understand that we all make bad decisions and that we should be given leniency in order to reach a positive conclusion for everyone.
You also do many things right. You are a very professional business who has never let me down or left any of my questions unanswered. The knowledgeable employees know what they're doing and they will do all that they can, although at times they seem merciless. I would like to see more lenient penalties and better debt management services so I can stay out of debt.
It would also be helpful to be able to talk with other people in my situation. We could share tips on how to stay out of debt and manage our finances better than ever before. Your company could provide that platform and do a great service for the community.
